This one is in La Crescenta, a gorgeous new build. Modern organic design suited the architecture of this property. I loved using those warm neutral colors and textures.
My favorite is the coffee table. We put it together using an existing coffee table as a base and a mid-century glass piece on top to bring the scale to the appropriate size, while mimicking the curves of the base.
The best part of this unique property is that there’s a 2 bedroom guest house on the lot.
